Teamvelle Terms of Service
Effective date: October 23, 2026. These terms are between you and Betancourt Group LLC ("we").
- The service. Teamvelle is business software for teams. Businesses subscribe on teamvelle.com; staff use the web app or the free iOS companion app with an account their Business provides.
- Accounts. Keep your login secure. Business owners are responsible for the staff they invite and for having the right to the data they connect (including booking-system data).
- Subscriptions (web only). Plans are billed through Stripe on teamvelle.com. Starter is $79 per month per location, with a 14-day free trial for new Businesses. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in billing settings on the web; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. No purchases are made in the iOS app.
- Acceptable use. No unlawful use, harassment, spam (including SMS without consent), reverse engineering, or attempts to access other Businesses' data.
- Your data. You and your Business own your content. You give us permission to host and process it to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy.
- Third-party services. Integrations (e.g. Boulevard, Stripe) are governed by their own terms.
- Disclaimers. The service is provided "as is". AI-drafted content must be reviewed before use.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
- Termination. You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Apple. If you use the iOS app, Apple is not responsible for the app or its support, and Apple's standard EULA terms apply as a third-party beneficiary.
