Teamvelle Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 23, 2026. Operated by Betancourt Group LLC ("we"), 1603 Capitol Ave Ste 415 PMB 383663, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
Teamvelle is workplace software that businesses ("Businesses") use to run their teams. This policy covers teamvelle.com and the Teamvelle iOS app.
What we collect
- Account info: name, work email, password (hashed), role, and the Business you belong to.
- Work content: tasks, notes, team chat, sales goals and metrics, schedules and bookings your Business syncs from its booking system (for example Boulevard, read-only). Booking data may include client names and appointment times; we process it only on the Business's behalf.
- Business branding: logo, colors, font and display name set by the Business.
- Device data (iOS): push notification token, app version, crash diagnostics. No advertising identifiers.
- Billing (web only): Businesses subscribe on teamvelle.com via Stripe. We never see full card numbers. The iOS app has no purchases.
How we use it
To provide the service, send task/no-show/chat notifications, keep your account secure, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, use it for third-party advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Service providers
Hosting/database (Supabase / Lovable Cloud), payments (Stripe, web only), email delivery, Apple Push Notification service, and AI providers for optional drafting features (no client health information is sent). Each is bound by contract to use data only for us.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, or by emailing support@teamvelle.com. If you are the only member of a Business, that Business's data is deleted too. Backups are purged within 30 days of deletion, unless the law requires us to keep certain records longer. A Business owner can request export or deletion of all Business data.
Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level security isolating each Business's data, hashed invite tokens, and least-privilege access for staff.
Children
Teamvelle is for workplace use by adults and is not directed to children under 16.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. California, EU/UK), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability. Contact support@teamvelle.com. Where we process data for a Business, we will route the request to that Business.
